Parliament voted to ratify the Convention on Iraq and NATO to allow security training

Parliament voted a law Convention on Iraq and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization [NATO] to train Iraqi security forces.

And a representative of the Agency said all Iraq IGN today that he “voted to ratify the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the training of Iraqi security forces between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and NATO [NATO]“.

On Tuesday resumed its sessions after the legislative recess to vote, read a number of draft laws.

The House was raised in [18] from last May to end the second legislative season for the third year of the parliamentary session, scheduled for the next lower House election in June next year.

The agenda for today’s meeting included a vote on the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the training of Iraqi security forces between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and NATO
