Baghdad (newsletter). Female leadership in the State of law Coalition, National Alliance MP Abbas Al-Bayati,/exit Iraq from Chapter VII, and the departure of foreign troops from the country, one of the most important gains of the Iraqi Government and their Ministers Nuri al-Maliki.

In a statement, said Al-Bayati (News Agency): to exit Iraq from Chapter VII successfully international endorsement of democratic political experiment in changing the image of Iraq, adding: the nationally important breakthrough out of Government and national forces and the Iraqi people, who are so disadvantaged and cost a siege and then successive wars.

Explained: the departure of Iraq from Chapter VII, the security agreement with foreign forces, are the most important national gains for Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and his Government not only emulates the Declaration of independence of Iraq at the beginning of last century, pointing out that the decision to remove Iraq from Chapter VII is good conduct document that Iraq has become an element of peace and stability in the region after what was a concern and disturbance under the former regime.

He said: this achievement forces the political blocs must take responsibility for nation-building, and reconstruction and not engage in political conflicts.

The UN Security Council will hold a hearing Thursday to review the United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s report on Iraq’s efforts to resolve outstanding issues with Kuwait and the international obligations and would be in the light of this report the Council vote on Iraq out of Chapter VII to chapter VI.
